The Charles Osuyi Idehen & Sarra Otasowie Idehen Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2019 and registered in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Established by Charles Osuyi Idehen, the foundation was created with a clear purpose: to provide financial support to students and uplift underserved communities.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to increasing literacy and expanding access to education among the less privileged. We believe that education is a powerful tool for transformation, and we strive to remove the barriers that prevent individuals—especially young people—from reaching their full potential.

Since our inception, we have supported a wide range of beneficiaries, including elementary, high school, and university students, children in orphanages, and homeless individuals.
