Sir, I want to thank you deeply. Your support came at a time when things were hard for me and my family. You didn’t hesitate to lift that burden, and because of you, I was able to start school

when I was meant to. You changed the direction of my life with that single act, and I’ll never downplay it.

Yesterday was my convocation. As I stood there in my gown, I remembered where the journey started and the people God used to make it possible, and your name came to my mind immediately. I’m sorry I’m only reaching out now, but I wanted you to know that your kindness didn’t end with that moment. It grew with me through all the years.
